2009 FIRST
FRUITS CONSECRATION
Cathedral family it’s time again for us to consecrate ourselves for a new
year! The Spirit of the Lord has already declared that 2009 is a year of
Birthing, Productivity and Fruitfulness. In obedience to the Lord; Apostle Lewis
F. Brown Sr is calling the church to a 21 day fast and consecration, beginning
January 4 and ending Sunday January 25. This will be a Daniel’s fast with no
sweets, no meats & breads and a daily schedule of corporate prayer. Begin now
to prepare yourself for this time of drawing close to the Father. More

God's Temple:
Is your New Year's Resolution to lose weight, get in shape or to start living a
healthier lifestyle? Why wait?! Join us on Monday nights here at the Cathedral
for an awesome time of cardio and fellowship from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. No matter
your fitness level you can still get a good sweat and have a great time. For

King's Manna
Food Pantry:
The votes are in! Congratulations to Sis. Crystal Carter! Her name was chosen
for the food pantry. Thank you to all who submitted names! King's Manna is
operational and now accepting applications for food assistance. Our first night
for distribution is Wednesday, January 21. All volunteers need to attend a one
hour mandatory meeting on Sat. January 17 at noon to work through our
distribution process. Sign up in the foyer if you want to volunteer. For
questions on the food pantry please see The Coburn’s or The Biddix’s.
Destiny's
Men:
Attention all boys and men of the Cathedral! The Boys night out has been
rescheduled for Friday January 30th @ 6PM; at the Dave & Busters
located at I-25 & Colorado Blvd. The fast will be over and we can eat whatever
we want! Fathers bring your sons, brothers bring a friend. This event is open
to guys of all ages. Make your plans now to attend!
NBCW Prison
Ministry
The
Prison Ministry will be meeting on Tuesday, January 6, 2009, at 7pm. More
information will be forth coming. Contact Elder Fisher for more details.

Family
Mark your calendars! Beginning February 5 – 7th, 2009, New
Beginnings will be creating a Church Directory. Our Directory Committee has
chosen “Life Touch” to help us connect our members and to tell our story. Each
family will receive a Complimentary 8 X 10 portrait and the NBCW Church
directory for participating. More details are coming.
Baby Dedication & Water Baptism
– January 18, 2009!
It’s time again for Water Baptism and the dedication of babies and children
to the Lord. If you are a candidate for Baptism or would like to dedicate your
child to the Lord, be sure and sign up today in the foyer.

Theological
Cathedral School of Ministry
- We are now
accepting application for Semester II Courses and the classes will begin
February 5, 2009. Please pick your application and schedule time
with Pastor Ramona to enroll before January 28th, or call the
business office for more details.
Leadership Forum –
Attention all Elders, Ministers, Leaders and Ministry Directors mark your
calendar plan to attend our 2009 Leadership Forum. Saturday, January 17,
beginning at 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. This will be a working meeting to complete our
program packets; our master calendar for events, budgeting and strategic
planning for 2009. Please contact the business to RSVP before Wednesday January
14th.
Prophetic Training –
Prophetic Training for 2009 will start on Saturday, February 21st, at 10:00am –
11:30am.
